Mindful Self-Inquiry for Stress & Anxiety
An investigation into the nature of one’s own mind and being. In the context of this group, that inquiry looks into physical sensations, emotions, and thoughts that may be contributing to stress and anxiety.
You can do this either lying down or sitting up, but if you lie down and find yourself falling asleep, try a more upright posture. Bring your full, undivided attention to this practice as you listen to the track.
Mindful Standing Yoga
with chair modifications
As a reminder, mindful yoga involves bringing awareness to your breath, movement, posture, thoughts, and emotions as you practice.
